I am a psychotherapist and clinical social worker with a private psychotherapy and counseling practice in Seattle, WA.

EDUCATION

I received a Council on Social Work Education (http://www.cswe.org) accredited Bachelor of Science in Social Work in 1989 from Atlantic Union College located in Massachusetts, USA.
 
I was awarded a C.S.W.E. accredited Masters in Social Work (M.S.W.) with a concentration in Health and Mental Health in 1990 from Walla Walla University located in Washington State, USA.
 
In 2000, I completed a Two-Year Post Masters Certificate program in Advanced Clinical Social Work with a concentration in Individual Psychotherapy from Hunter College School of Social Work in New York City.

REGISTRATION AND LICENSURE

I am licensed with the Department of Health-Washington state as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (L.I.C.S.W.)
 
I am licensed with the Board of Behavioral Sciences in California as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (L.C.S.W.)
 
I am registered with the Board of Registration for Social Workers in BC as a Registered Social Worker - Clinical.  I use the designation Registered Clinical Social Worker (R.C.S.W.).  Currently, I am listed as non practicing.
 
I am also licensed with the New York State Board of Education as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker - R (L.C.S.W.-R)  Currently, this license is inactive.
